Philosophers’ Club

The Philosophers’ Club is a group where children interact, share ideas and are stimulated. They tackle thought puzzles, philosophical questions and problems, further developing their higher-order thinking skills. Through questioning and discussion, children practise lateral thinking, inquiry skills and deductive reasoning in a supportive environment. Etiquette and manners are very important; the children are encouraged to take turns, listen to each other, include everyone, respect others’ points of view and disagree politely.

  1. Philosiphers – most of you are wondering what it is. It`s when you state your point in a debate! Some questions have been “Do ghosts exist?” and “Did God make the alphabet?” A popualar topic is INVENTIONS!
